A fantastic Liberty and Co, Arts & Crafts ladder back side chair with a high back. A very elegant and unique design with double side stretchers and two vertical slender wooden slats joining the front stretcher with the seat rail at the front. The backrest is connected by eight slender horizontal rails. The chair has a beautiful deep and rich honey-coloured patina with old honest original repairs on show, which adds to the charm of the chair.

Condition: The front legs of the chair have been reinforced with nails at an earlier stage but the chair is structurally sound and has been recently re-rushed.
